A 50% retainer fee is due at time booking for all events that are more than $500. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the event. Any events less than $500 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Depending on the size of the event, a minimum of 3 hours is required to setup. If any additional time is needed, it will be discussed at the time of booking.

The earlier the better. We ask that we are given at least one month notice for an events. Please understand that if the event is less than 2 weeks away, the full total of the event is due at the time of booking. Payment arrangements are only available for those who book in advance.

In order to secure your date, we must receive BOTH a signed contract and 50% retainer fee for events more than $500. Any events less than $500 much be paid in full. A free 30 minute consultation is also required.

Graceful Designs will only use materials we purchase. We take pride and the quality of work and materials.

We do not offer refunds. But events can be rescheduled within 1 year of your original date.
